About us

The Uptown Shop was established in Elmhurst, IL by Kathleen Dee in 2004 as a great place to find gift, home decor and boutique items.  Since then we have expanded to Western Springs in 2007 and have expanded our selections to include Gourmet, Bath and Body and a large selection of Christmas items.  Our Elmhurst store moved to 123 N York St in 2020. We continue to grow and expand our offerings and hope that you will find here a pleasing and fresh selection of merchandise and a feel good atmosphere. We are very happy to serve you.
